Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 6, 2026
WanderLuxe Travel is committed to making travel planning usable by everyone, including travelers with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to meet our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
1. What we have implemented
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields throughout the site.
- Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators.
- Colour contrast tested against WCAG AA thresholds for text and controls.
- Descriptive alternative text on destination and tour imagery.
- Responsive layouts that reflow at 320px and support 200% zoom.
- No content that flashes, and no motion that cannot be paused.
2. Accessible travel support
Our travel designers routinely arrange step-free rooms, roll-in showers, wheelchair assistance at airports, accessible transfers, service-animal documentation, hearing-loop venues and dietary accommodations. Tell us your requirements at enquiry stage and we will confirm in writing what each supplier can guarantee — we never assume accessibility from a brochure claim.
3. Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content — supplier booking widgets, mapping tiles, PDF brochures and video players — is outside our direct control and may not fully conform. Where that blocks you, contact us and we will complete the task with you by phone or email, at no extra cost.
4. Assessment and maintenance
We combine automated auditing with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver) during each release cycle, and review the whole site at least annually.
5. Report a barrier
Email booking@wanderluxetravel.com, call +1 (305) 555-0142, or write to WanderLuxe Travel, 456 Ocean Drive, Suite 200, Miami, FL 33139. Please include the page, your browser and assistive technology. We acknowledge within two business days and aim to resolve valid barriers within 30 days.
