Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WanderLuxe Travel ("we", "us", "our"), located at 456 Ocean Drive, Suite 200, Miami, FL 33139, collects and processes personal information when you request a quote, book a tour package, or use our website. Questions may be sent to booking@wanderluxetravel.com.

1. Information we collect

To arrange travel, WanderLuxe Travel collects only what suppliers and authorities require:

  • Identity and travel documents: legal name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry, visa status, and known traveler or redress numbers.
  • Contact details: email address, phone number, billing and home address, and emergency contact information.
  • Booking preferences: seat, room and bedding preferences, loyalty program numbers, accessibility requirements and dietary restrictions.
  • Health and dietary information: only where you volunteer it and only for the purpose of arranging safe travel (for example allergy notes for a hotel kitchen or mobility assistance at an airport).
  • Payment information: processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. WanderLuxe Travel does not store full card numbers on its own systems.
  • Website data: IP address, device and browser type, referring pages and interaction events collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use your information

  • To prepare quotes, itineraries and travel documentation you request.
  • To book and ticket flights, hotels, tours, transfers, cruises and insurance.
  • To comply with airline, immigration, customs and Secure Flight requirements.
  • To provide 24/7 support, including rebooking during disruptions.
  • To process payments, refunds, chargebacks and supplier credits.
  • To send service messages about your trip, and — with your consent — occasional offers you may unsubscribe from at any time.

3. Sharing with travel suppliers

Travel cannot be arranged without disclosure. WanderLuxe Travel shares the minimum necessary data with airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, ground operators, guides, insurers, visa processing services and payment processors that fulfil your booking. Some of these suppliers are located outside your country of residence, which means your data may be transferred internationally. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information where required by law, court order, customs or border authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect the life or safety of a traveler during an emergency, medical event, natural disaster or civil disruption.

5. Retention

Booking and financial records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax, insurance and chargeback obligations. Passport and visa details are retained for the duration of the trip plus twenty-four months, then deleted or anonymized. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR in the EEA/UK and CCPA/CPRA in California), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Submit requests to booking@wanderluxetravel.com; we respond within 30 days and never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Note that deletion requests cannot be honoured for records we are legally required to keep, or while a booking is still active.

7. Security

We use encrypted transport (TLS), access controls limited to assigned travel designers, multi-factor authentication on internal systems, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and any applicable regulator as required by law.

8. Children

WanderLuxe Travel does not knowingly collect information directly from children under 16. Minors are booked by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the minor's travel documentation.

9. Changes and contact

We will post material changes to this policy on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For any privacy question, write to WanderLuxe Travel, 456 Ocean Drive, Suite 200, Miami, FL 33139, or email booking@wanderluxetravel.com.
