1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies such as local storage, pixels and software development kits, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Categories we use

• Strictly necessary cookies. Keep your search and quote session active, remember items in a booking inquiry, protect forms against abuse, and load the site securely. These cannot be switched off through our site because the booking flow would break.
• Preference cookies. Remember your currency, language, traveler count and recently viewed destinations so quotes stay consistent between visits. Typical lifetime: up to 12 months.
• Analytics cookies. Tell us which destination pages and packages are viewed, where visitors abandon an inquiry form, and how fast pages load. Data is aggregated and used to improve the site. Typical lifetime: up to 24 months.
• Advertising and social cookies. Set by advertising and social platforms when we run seasonal package campaigns, allowing measurement of which campaign led to an inquiry and limiting how often you see the same advert. Typical lifetime: up to 13 months.

3. Third parties that may set cookies

Analytics and advertising providers, our payment processor during checkout, embedded map and video providers on destination pages, and live-chat tooling used by our concierge team. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy notice; WanderLuxe Travel does not control their independent use of the data.

4. Managing your choices

• Use the cookie banner or preference link to accept or reject non-essential categories, and to change your choice later.
• Adjust or clear cookies in your browser settings; most browsers also offer a "block third-party cookies" option.
• Enable "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals — we honour GPC where legally required.
• Opt out of interest-based advertising through youradchoices.com or your device's advertising settings.

Rejecting preference, analytics or advertising cookies does not prevent you from browsing packages or submitting a booking inquiry, but some convenience features (saved currency, recently viewed tours) will no longer work.

5. Changes

As we add or remove tools, this policy is updated and re-dated on this page. Material changes to advertising or analytics use will be accompanied by a renewed consent request where the law requires it.
