1. Our content

Itinerary descriptions, destination guides, photography, pricing structures, page layouts, code, the WanderLuxe Travel name and logo are owned by WanderLuxe Travel or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial trip planning. You may not scrape, republish, resell, frame, or use our content to train commercial models, or copy our itineraries to sell competing tours, without written permission.

2. Third-party marks

Airline, hotel, cruise and destination names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify the services we arrange. Their use does not imply endorsement beyond a normal agency relationship.

3. Submitting a DMCA takedown notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent including all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL and description of the material to be removed.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

4. What happens next

We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to material we consider infringing, and notify the person who posted it. Incomplete notices are returned for correction.

5. Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address. We may restore the material 10–14 business days after forwarding your counter-notice unless the complainant files a court action.

6. Repeat infringers and misuse

Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated. Knowingly filing a false notice or counter-notice can result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

7. Photography credits

Destination imagery on this site is either licensed stock, supplier-supplied, or created for WanderLuxe Travel. If you believe your photograph appears without a licence, contact us and we will remove or licence it immediately.
