This disclaimer governs your use of the WanderLuxe Travel website and the travel arrangements we make on your behalf from 456 Ocean Drive, Suite 200, Miami, FL 33139.
1. We act as an agent
WanderLuxe Travel arranges travel supplied by independent third parties — airlines, hotels, cruise lines, rail operators, car hire firms, ground handlers, guides, insurers and activity providers. Those suppliers are not our employees or agents. Your contract for each service is with the supplier, subject to its terms, tariffs and conditions of carriage, which may limit or exclude its own liability.
2. Information accuracy
Prices, availability, itineraries, hotel ratings, images, inclusions, opening hours and travel times are supplied to us by third parties and can change without notice. Star ratings reflect local classification systems and are not comparable across countries. Photographs are illustrative and may show upgraded rooms or optional excursions. We correct errors as soon as we learn of them and reserve the right to withdraw an obviously erroneous price.
3. No professional advice
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, medical, immigration, insurance, tax or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional or the relevant authority for your circumstances.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WanderLuxe Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, profit, data or opportunity, arising from your booking or your use of this site. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid directly to WanderLuxe Travel for the affected booking. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify WanderLuxe Travel against claims, penalties and costs arising from information you provide that is inaccurate, from documentation you fail to obtain, or from your breach of a supplier's conditions.

Links to supplier and destination websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
7. Governing law
